Stillness, with a whole farm to breathe in
Yoga as the mist lifts, therapies that actually unknot you, plant-based food from the garden, and the deep silence of the hills. A place to restore — or to host the retreat you've been dreaming of leading.
Come for the quiet — or bring your group and we'll hold it for you
The farm lends itself to wellness: open space for practice, the sound of water and birds instead of traffic, and a calm that settles into people within a day. Come as a couple or a friend to reset, or take the whole farm for a retreat of your own.
If you lead retreats, we make it easy — exclusive use, room for sessions, plant-based catering, our own therapists, and a team that handles the logistics so you can hold the space.
What you're probably wondering, as a retreat host or guest
Yes — this is one of the things we do best. Take the farm exclusively, and we provide the spaces, the catering, our therapists if you'd like, and full logistical support so you can focus entirely on your group.
Indoor spaces and beautiful open-air spots around the farm work for practice and workshops. We'll set up wherever the light and the group feel right — many teachers practise outdoors when the weather allows.
Vegetarian, vegan and special-diet catering can be arranged, much of it from the garden and local producers. Or self-cater across the houses' kitchens — we'll plan the right approach with you.
Lu Jong (Tibetan) yoga, and a range of therapies — Ayurvedic and relaxing massage, reflexology, shiatsu and Tibetan singing bowls — with trained holistic practitioners. Couples' and group sessions both.
Up to 37 across the seven houses, with quiet single rooms available. We'll arrange the rooming to suit a retreat's rhythm — restful, private, and calm.
Genuinely. We're deep in the countryside — the loudest things here are the river, the birds and the cows. That silence is the whole point.
Lu Jong at sunrise, therapy by afternoon, stars by night
Begin with healing Tibetan movement as the valley wakes, eat something nourishing from the garden, melt into a massage in the afternoon, walk the river at dusk. The farm does the rest — it's remarkable how quickly people exhale here.
